The State of Luxembourg, Luxembourg City, The Board en Members of the Luxembourg Ice Hockey Federation and all people involved are proud to host the IIHF World Championship 2008 Division 3 in Luxembourg. The Organising committee and numerous volunteers and not the least the players, coaches and staff of the participating countries make this tournament work. Kockelscheuer Arena, with two ice surfaces, is the stage for this important event.
