With over a thousand visitors throughout the weekend, 9 games played and countless athletic upsets and surprises, it is safe to say that the weekend was a success for the local ice hockey community.

 

The weekend came to an end with the crowning of the new champions, the Tornado Luxembourg. In a hard-fought match, they managed to beat the Puckers Luxembourg - who had previously kicked out last year's finalist Beaufort Knights - in a tight game that ended 5-2.

Congratulations to the Hurricanes U18 who were crowned Division 2 champions in a nerve-wrecking game as they beat the regular-season leader, Beaufort Knights II, in the penalty shootout!
