IHC Beaufort II Loses To IHC Beaufort I, 1-14

On December 17th in their own building, the IHC Beaufort II played the IHC Beaufort I, where the IHC Beaufort II were resoundingly defeated 1-14 by their guest. This is the 6th consecutive loss for the IHC Beaufort II.
The first period was in the hands of the visiting team. Dan Schmit scored the first goal of the game for the guests at 0:20 on a pass by Benny Welter and Frank Schram. The guests continued their run, as Dan Schmit scored the 0-2 after being assisted by Benny Welter. At the end of the first, the visiting team was leading 0-2.
The visiting team didn't change it's game and hold on to the lead during the second period. At 23:00, it was Mirko Mosr who then put the puck in the net for the hosts on a pass by Karim Kasmi. Just 1 minute later, it was Nicolas Mossong who found the back of the net for the IHC Beaufort I on a pass by Thierry Beran. The guests continued their run, as Benny Welter scored the 1-4 after being assisted by Thierry Beran. Only 3 minutes later, David Khang added another goal to the sheet. The guests kept the momentum on their side, as Frank Schram scored only 2 minutes later. Thierry Beran scored only 42 seconds later. Claude Mossong scored another goal for the guests at 38:12. Out of these two teams' last 2 encounters, IHC Beaufort I won 100% of the games (2 out of 2). On December 20th the IHC Beaufort II will face the Hiversport Huskies Luxembourg, while the IHC Beaufort I play against the Eifel-Mosel Bären on December 22nd.
