Women’s hockey: FLHG launches its girls’ program

6th November 2026

For the 2026-2027 season, the FLHG is launching a girls’ and women’s hockey development program, together with Beaufort, Huskies and Tornado. It is led by Nima Hedlund, our new Women’s and Girls’ Hockey Development Coordinator.

The program includes a weekly joint practice open to players from all three clubs, camps and activities for girls, and a development pathway from youth hockey up to senior women’s hockey. The goal: more girls discovering hockey, having fun, improving and continuing to play.

The first practices take place at the Beaufort ice rink on Fridays 20 November, 27 November and 4 December (on ice from 19:45 to 21:00). Afterwards, practices will continue in Kockelscheuer.
